I have been a client of Avalon for quite a while and enjoyed my visits to the salon every time. My family gave me a gift certificate for Christmas in 2006 and ever since that is what I request for my birthdays and such. I just enjoy the salon atmosphere and friendly staff. I have visited other salons in Birmingham and Avalon is definitely a place to go. Covered, free parking is hard to find in Birmingham! Sometimes I take a friend for pedidure since we can enjoy each other company in a private room with a glass of wine! Prices are resonable for what you get. – Pam W.

First of all let me just tell you that Ingrid gives the best manicure and pedicure in all of Detroit!!

I work in the film business and travel all over the world. I’m always a little nervous when I go to a new salon & spa, but I try to find an Aveda salon wherever I am. I have been so happy with every service I’ve had at this one – pedicures, massages, and hair hightlighting and color. This is a top-notch salon!

I have been a client of the salon/spa for a few years now and have been extremely happy with every service thus far. I truly enjoy myself every time I go and I will never go anywhere else.
